Career
Prof. Bun Yeoul Lee received his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. (Supervisor, Y. K. Chung) from the Department of Chemistry, Seoul National University (1986-1994). After graduation, he worked for LG Chem for 5 years (1995-1999) on the development of polyolefin catalysts. He worked with G. C. Bazan at U.C. Santa Barbara as a post-doctoral researcher for 1.5 years. He has been an Assistant, Associate and Full Professor at Ajou University since 2001 to the present. His current research interests lie in the area of polymerization catalysts. He has published ~200 original papers and filed ~70 patents. His achievements are distinguished from others by showing some examples of "Paper-Patent-Technology Transfer to Industry".
